ABOUT US

Find a Higher Plane

It is natural for us to turn to spirituality in times of joy, sorrow and other intense emotions. When I learned to channel that connection with the divine on a daily basis, no matter my emotional state, my life became so much more meaningful.

I started Sunday Believers in 2000 as a way to help others incorporate spirituality into their daily lives. Since then,  Sunday Believers has grown more than I ever imagined. I am glad that you have made a stop here on your personal journey, and I hope it guides you on your path.

I began with a simple Sunday text each week to everyone programmed in my mobile phone. I wanted everyone to stop, breathe, and take a minute to accept a greater power within each of us, and to believe in something greater than ourselves and to fellowship in this greatness with those in spiritual bliss or offer this peace to those in human turmoil.

People who believe in God are called theists. They include monotheists (one God only), polytheists (many gods),  as well as sub-classes, such as pantheists and deists. No matter what we call Him, we share one common belief, and with that belief we first offer our faith.  Faith is the basic ingredient to begin a relationship with God. Faith is the assurance that the things revealed and promised in the Word are true, even though unseen, and gives the believer a conviction that what is expected through faith, will come to pass, it becomes so tangible that you now posses it.

I titled this mission "Sunday Believers" as a tribute to the day most common for worship in my childhood and adult homes as I grew up. Continue on with me as I share my thoughts with the Sunday Believers. Click below to read the thoughts and inspiration from Believers all over the world.
